I was recently asked to give a presentation on how we leverage feedback loops to support continuous improvement in our professional development at Athena High School.
The process is drive by three incredible teams:
- The Athena Improvement Team
- The Building Administrative Team
- The Professional Development Committee
Each of these three teams works in concert throughout the year to develop the professional development focus for the year, plan high quality trainings and gather staff feedback in order to modify and adjust what we do to meet teacher needs and maintain focus on the essentials.
