Using Video to Improve Practice (a great video from TeachingChannel)

Checkout this incredible tool for improving our reflective practice and pedagogy.  We have some teachers at Athena who have leveraged this strategy and found it to be tremendously powerful.  You are encouraged to consider video recording your own lessons and reflecting on the reality that the video captures.  DOes it match with what you want for your own professional growth?
