3-2-1: A Differentiated Instruction Strategy (by Nancy Sloan)

Below you will find the hand outs shared by Nancy Sloan at our last Focus meeting explaining how she differentiates instruction through an activity called 3-2-1.  This activity allows her to do three really incredible things at one time.  It allows her to check for student understanding, it allows students to reflect on the essential learning and it allows for differentiation of instruction in subsequent lessons based on the students levels of learning.  (See Differentiating Instruction with Tiered Exit Tickets for more ideas about this concept.)
