Great Blog Post: Using Social Media to Differentiate your Instruction

This is a great post on who mine teacher leverages three different social media networks (Twitter, Facebook and Goodreads) to engage students and differentiate instruction.  It is an interesting read and contains a lot of nuggets for how to effectively use these tools to make us more efficient and effective in differentiating to meet the needs of all learners.
