A Thought from Lao Tzu

I came across a great quote on Twitter that was shared by Mark Sanborn (@Mark_Sanborn). Mark is the author of a great book called “The Fred Factor”, which is about how everyone has the ability to make a profound impact in the lives of those around them.

“If you wish to be out front, then act as if you were behind.” Lao-Tzu, Sixth Century B.C.

This guy might have lived 2600 years ago, but the truth is timeless. I think that if we apply this to ourselves, this year at Athena, it provides an interesting perspective on how we can approach our work.
